Smoked Salmon, Cucumber & Caper Plate
Smoked salmon with cucumber ribbons, capers, dill, lemon, and raw olive oil.

What you need
- 200 g smoked salmon
- ½ cucumber, cut into ribbons
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 2 tablespoons WOW Longevity Olive Oil
- Black pepper
What you do
- Arrange the smoked salmon on a plate.
- Add the cucumber ribbons, capers, and dill.
- Add lemon juice and black pepper.
- Finish with WOW Longevity Olive Oil.
