Prosciutto, Melon & Basil Plate
Sweet melon with prosciutto, basil, black pepper, and a light drizzle of raw olive oil.

What you need
- ½ ripe cantaloupe melon
- 120 g prosciutto
- 1 handful basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons WOW Longevity Olive Oil
- Black pepper
- Optional: a few drops of balsamic glaze
What you do
- Slice the melon into wedges or cubes.
- Arrange with the prosciutto.
- Add basil and black pepper.
- Finish with WOW Longevity Olive Oil.
- Add balsamic glaze if desired.
