6 tbsp WOW Oil

1 tsp dried oregano

1 tsp chilli flakes

1 clove garlic, grated fine

Flaky sea salt

Black pepper

1 tbsp aged balsamic (optional)

A good loaf, torn

Method

Pour the WOW Oil into a shallow dish, straight from the bottle and unheated. That is the whole point of this one.

Scatter the oregano, chilli, garlic, salt and pepper over the surface. Do not stir it into a paste.

Add the balsamic in a spiral if you want it, so it stays in beads rather than mixing.

Serve with torn bread for dipping.
