Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Bowl

What you need
- 200 g cottage cheese
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 100 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon WOW Longevity Olive Oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
What you do
- Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
- Add the cucumber, tomatoes, parsley, and pumpkin seeds.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Finish with WOW Longevity Olive Oil.
