Lemon & Rosemary White Bean Dip
Creamy cannellini beans with lemon, garlic, rosemary, and raw olive oil.

What you need
- 400 g canned cannellini beans, drained
- Juice and zest of ½ lemon
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 3 tablespoons WOW Longevity Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
What you do
- Blend the beans, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, rosemary, water, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a serving bowl.
- Finish with WOW Longevity Olive Oil.
- Garnish with extra rosemary if desired.
