A handful of basil

A handful of chives

Juice of 1 lemon

1 small clove garlic

Sea salt and black pepper

8 tbsp WOW Oil

Method

Blend the herbs, lemon juice and garlic to a coarse green paste.

With the motor slow, pour in the WOW Oil until it comes together. Blend briefly: long blending warms the oil.

Season to taste.

Spoon over vegetables, fish or grains at the table.
