A large handful of parsley, chopped fine

1 tbsp oregano leaves, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped fine

1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Sea salt

8 tbsp WOW Oil

Method

Combine the parsley, oregano, garlic, chilli and salt in a bowl.

Add the vinegar and leave for five minutes so the garlic softens in the acid.

Stir in the WOW Oil cold.

Spoon over grilled meat or vegetables once they are off the fire, never onto the grill.
